Legal Validity
Your electronic signature and any electronically transmitted document are legally recognized under Republic Act No. 8792 – The Electronic Commerce Act of 2000, which grants the same validity and enforceability to electronic documents and signatures as those signed by hand.
Authority and Representation
You confirm that you are the authorized signatory of your company, project, or household, and that you have full authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of all relevant parties.
Accuracy of Information
All data, figures, drawings, and details contained in the signed document are considered accurate and final at the time of signing, unless superseded by a subsequent written and duly acknowledged revision.
Confidentiality
Documents exchanged through this platform are confidential and intended solely for the parties involved. Doma & Benri Builders Corp. implements appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to ensure data protection and privacy compliance under Philippine law.
Official Record and Storage
The digitally signed copy stored in Doma & Benri Builders Corp.’s secured system shall constitute the official and enforceable version of the agreement. Copies may be furnished upon request for recordkeeping and audit purposes.
Tax Compliance and Withholding
Doma & Benri Builders Corp. is a non-VAT registered entity under Philippine tax law. All amounts indicated in proposals, invoices, and payment requests are exclusive of VAT and include applicable expanded or percentage taxes as required by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).
Any withholding tax due shall be automatically reflected in the billing summary for compliance purposes. Official Receipts and digital copies issued through this system constitute valid supporting documents for client and company accounting.
Non-Repudiation
By affixing your electronic signature, you irrevocably consent to be bound by the document’s terms. The use of your registered email, phone number, or authentication code serves as proof of identity and intent to sign.
Dispute Resolution
Any disagreement arising from the interpretation or enforcement of digitally signed documents shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and resolved by the proper courts of Laguna, to the exclusion of other venues.
